Unlike any bride or groom, a professional wedding coordinator has the experience of having been through the wedding planning process dozens of times.
At the initial free consultation, we will listen to your requirements, capture your ‘dream’, then guide you on the way to creating that unique reality.
Our aim is to remove your stress by offering advice on potential venues, catering, photographers, music, flowers, printing and transportation, and much more. If you have no previous experience in dealing with specialist suppliers, this can be an arduous task.
Our involvement with your big day can range from the initial consultation, to planning the complete occasion. Our flexible approach also allows us to offer last minute completion planning and on-the-day management, for your peace of mind.
When your budget is spent and you still want a few extras, we can step in and review contracts to ensure you are getting ‘value for money’ from your chosen suppliers and justify our costs based on any savings made.
