At the initial free consultation, our aim is to ascertain what you are looking for, how we can assist and advice how this can be achieved within the timescales and rough budget you have in mind. We want to ensure your dream becomes reality. With over fifteen years experience in event management, we can undoubtedly give you some useful knowledge and advice.

Why would I need to hire your services?

Everyone can plan an event but to make your special day a truly memorable occasion an Event Manager can ensure you get the best out of your budget. We also take away the stress and let you enjoy the event safe in the knowledge that someone with experience is managing behind the scenes.

How should I budget for a Planner?

After the initial free consultation, we will give you a fixed cost quote, which is based on the amount of work and time required to achieve your unique event. We do not believe in working on a percentage of the final cost and any discounts received from our reliable supplier base are passed directly to you.

It's only a 40th Birthday for 50 friends can you help?

We offer a variety of flexible services for all sized parties and events.

What about the corporate market?

In many cases where there isn't a dedicated event team within the organisation, we can offer you advice on summer and Christmas parties, team building days, management conferences, golf tournaments and maybe that little something different. Whatever the event, after receiving the initial brief, we will propose imaginative and budget friendly solutions to suit your needs.
